Here's how it works.

Before we meet: You answer some questions and provide any business materials you feel are relevant for me to explore. I then review, spot your blind spots, brainstorm solutions.

Next, we meet for 2 hours: I walk you through what I found. Most people have 10+ moments where they say: “Oh my god! How did we miss that?”

We then dig deeper. I ask new questions. We brainstorm. We pressure-test ideas. And we think-tank how to fix everything in real time.
