I'm a mom to three incredible children — they are my greatest purpose and the reason I keep fighting every single day. Originally from Chicago, I've called San Diego home for the past ten years. In 2022 I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and I let fear keep me silent — I didn't ask for the help I needed. Today I'm facing another diagnosis, this time metastatic breast cancer that has spread to my lungs. It has been one of the hardest experiences of my life — and it has also taught me the incredible power of community, hope, and choosing courage over fear.

"With two of my children beginning college and my youngest just twelve, my greatest dream is simple: to be here. To watch them grow, cheer them on, and keep creating memories together."
